Case Study: Customer Services...
A customer services department with 10 staff were running on 2 main spreadsheets. The reporting from these sheets took approximately 2 days every month to compile. The limited access to the sheets caused countless hours of frustration and lost time.
Our specialist system was built with the aim of eliminating the spreadsheets entirely and making every user accountable for their open cases. The reporting function was reduced down to a click of a button.
To ensure all customer service enquiries were dealt with effectively, we built several trigger warnings, which meant that at a glance, the team manager could see how many cases each team member was responsible for, thus saving the company time and money in the long run.
Case Study: Testing System saves Time...
A recent system build involved a test web application written by Nefertiti Designs where students of the company logged in and took online tests. The results of the test were then emailed to the student and the assessors of the course. At the same time, the Filemaker system integrated the online system and updated the local filemaker solution. The result of this was the local record of each student who had taken a test was automatically updated with the test answers and result.
Without the integrated link, the results would have to be put in manually, taking up valuable time and risking human error. This way, results were fast, efficient and effective.
